    Hi All,
I have Parallels 11 with a Windows 7 Enterprise Version 32-bit GuestOS. Would like to migrate to Windows 10 64-bit Goes OS. What is the best to accomplish this and which version of Windows should I use? I hope a low cost or free update to Windows can be used. Please advise.

    Thanks!!

From what I rea in the Windows migration page, it seems the process of migration to Windows 10 from my Windows 7 Guest would be:
    1. Download/purchase a version 32 bit AND 64 bit Windows 10 package.
    2. Migrate from 32 bit Windows 7 to Windows 10/32 bit.
    3. Make a new VM @ 64 bit somehow.
    4. Use the purchased ISO file to install Windows 10/64 bit version.
    5. Migrate data from the upgraded version of Windows 10 (32) to the new final version.
Is that the best way to go?

Hi @Henry Seiden , you can install a new Windows 64 bit virtual machine by clicking here and you can map the hard disk of the 32 bit Windows virtual machine to the 64 bit operating system. Please check this.

If one were to do what you recommended to Henry, would it all run as 64 bit, or would anything on the 32 bit hard disk be limited to 32 bit performance?

Hi @S Kaplan, no changes in the files or performance will be made.
