I'm a developer who uses Excel in Windows to create and change workbooks. When I'm done with my work I save the workbook to a specific folder in Windows. I then often need to share the workbook via the web. To do that I open Safari and select the file directly from the Windows folder. Normally it works great, but once in a while when I'm working in Excel there'll be a problem and I have to force quit excel. Sometimes after that when I save a new file to the folder I can see it there when I use Windows Explorer, but Finder doesn't show them. When that happens the only solution I've found is to reboot my mac. Is there a better way to resolve the problem?
Hi @MartinLiss , please try to reinstall Parallels Tools by clicking Actions > Reinstall Parallels tools and monitor the activities and let us know if the issue still persists.
I have installed Parallels Desktop 13 and when the problem I reported above occurs, reinstalling Parallels Tools does not help and I have to reboot my mac.
