This app shows up fine for me.
My question is: Under the item called Mobile Apps, what is deleted when this is cleaned? I cannot find what is defined by Mobile Apps.
By the way, this is on an iMac not a MacBook

Hi David, I glad hear that all works fine for you.
Mobile applications is iPhone or iPad applications stored in your iTunes library.
Such applications were available prior to iTunes' version 12.7.

Ilya, your reply begs the following questions: if these are deleted, does this delete them from the iOS device as well? And, are you trying to say these are older versions of Apps that are no longer needed? And, what if someone's iTunes version is an earlier one?
Could you please tighten up your reply for us?

    Hi Norman,

Deleting from iTunes directory doesn't lead to deleting them from iOS device. These apps may be needed only for making faster process of restoring iOS backups.
