Accessing PHP server in localhost in VM windows

    I'm italian, so sorry for the language..
    I need to access a PHP server that run in windows VM on 127.0.0.1:4001 but when i try to connect via the browser in windows VM I get "unable to connect". Is this beacause parallels shares internet trough localhost maybe?

    Did you ever figure this out? I have a site i am developing on my mac and want to test it in IE/Edge inside my windows VM. I can't find any answers from the parallels team.
