I have Parallels v11 installed but now that Parallels 13 is now here, clicked on a 'Free Upgrade' link. All went well but I now find that this, free upgrade, is a 14-day trial version. What happened to the FREE Upgrade? Any ideas? Kind regards,
Hello @JohnC15, Customers who purchased and registered a copy of Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac from the Parallels Online Store or an authorized reseller on or after August 1, 2017 through October 31, 2017, are eligible for an upgrade to the next version of Parallels Desktop for Mac at no charge, subject to certain conditions. Hello, I purchased PD11 a while back. I chose to check the trial Beta 13 and now I cannot use 11. It keeps asking me for a product code for PD13. Can I go back and use PD11? If so, how do I do it? Thank you.
