Good Afternoon. We have MacBook Pro in office that utilizes Parallels Desktop 11 Pro and it has expired. There are a few files that are associated with Parallels Desktop that I need to extract? Is there any way to do this without purchasing a new subscription? The reason, we have recently purchased a new MacBook for this user and Parallels will be added it and this MacBook will be retired. Thanks
Hi @MichaelR25 , we have a 14 days free trial for Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac. You can make use of it. Please check this article.
@Arun@Parallels, I tried doing this yesterday but upon install on the Mac it keeps opening up Parallels Desktop 11 Pro, and asking for a license. If I uninstall parallels would I lose all files associated with it? As at this point and time, it seems that I must do that in order to utilize the Parallels 13 trial.
Hello @MichaelR25 , Uninstalling Parallels Desktop will not affect your Windows. Please click on the link https://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/trial/ to install trial for Parallels Desktop 13. Thanks
