I am using a 2013 Macbook Pro (macOS Sierra 10.12.6) on mains power with Apple Thunderbolt display. When I disconnect Access (v3.2.0) at the end of a session, the Thunderbolt display doesn't sleep. It has a blanked screen, but I can see the backlight is on (the screen isn't properly black). Any suggestions for a fix?

Hello Meena. Thank you for your rapid response. I uninstalled and reinstalled Access as described. Unfortunately the problem is still there. My Thunderbolt display is asleep while I am using Access to conenct to teh Macbook, but it lights up as soon as I disconnect. My Access settings are to lock the Macbook during remote access and on exit. Kind regards David
