    FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE GIVE ME ACCESS TO REAL TIME SUPPORT, or fix Parallels so that when I update windows 10 or parallels I don't experience a problem. I have Parallels 13, recently purchased, and just installed an update for Windows 10 and now I have NO Windows menu when in Coherence mode. I have spent all day trying the different suggestions on this website and I still have the same problem. THE REASON I PURCHASED PARALLELS 13 WAS PROBLEMS WITH PARALLELS 12 AND THOUGHT 13 WOULD FIX. At least the purchase got me access to phone support and the rep was able to fix the problem remotely, of course, this was before the update when I initially installed Parallels 13. EVERY-TIME I HAVE INSTALLED AN UPDATE PROBLEMS IS THE RESULT! WITH 12 AND NOW 13! And then I have to spend hours upon hours trying to resolve the issue AND ONLY ONCE HAVE I BEEN ABLE TO GET SUPPORT FROM A PARALLELS REP. Guys, for what it's worth I am done with PARALLELS. I am going back to BOOTCAMP, never had problems with BOOTCAMP!

    No Windows menu when in Coherence mode.
