I've moved my hard drive over to another MacBook Pro (last one has died...) and want to reset my registration key. Anyone know how to go about doing this? I emailed the support desk but haven't heard back. Thanks, Dane
Hello DaneN, Please quit Parallels Desktop now. Then, open Terminal (Finder > Go > Utilities > Terminal). Inside the Terminal window, enter the command 'prlsrvctl activate-license-online' (without the quotes) and hit 'Return'. Wait till the operation completes. Then, close Terminal and re-attempt the activation. Thanks!
