Publishing applications with fixed user credentials

Is there a possibility to bind specific user credentials to an published application.
Example
RAS user test01 logs in and opens the published application "excel" on a host that not belongs to the AD that the RAS resides in.
So the program "excel" needs to be run with specific local user account (due to local access rights)
