IMAC 27 Retina changing resolution screen on windows 10

I can't change the resolution of windows 10 (blocked on 1024x768)
I have a IMAC 27 retina
Someone can help me ?

Please let us know if the Windows display is black and white?

 

no normal color when I say grey it's that you can't change resolution ("grisé" in French)

 

Can you please let us know what happens when you try to change the resolution or please share a screenshot so that we can check.

Chris28, It seems there is no Video driver installed in your VM. To do that please use Actions menu and select Install/Reinstall Parallels Tools menu item.

Just another one thing : when I close et re open windows later, I have to change resolution again and again. Can we save the resolution ?

 

Chris28, What version of Parallels Desktop do you use? What edition?

What resolution you set and how? (Inside Windows? By resizing window? In Fullscreen or windowed mode?)
