Can't find option to increase RAM

I use Parallels 12 and the latest upgrade of Windows 10. I cannot find the option to increase RAM or change number of cores any more.

 

Hi @Bibi Fricotin , please check if you have lock symbol at the bottom left of the Window . Please click on it and enter your Mac admin password to make the changes.

 

Nowhere with the machine shut down and the padlock unlocked do I have the option to change the amount of RAM or number of core I tried General, Options and Hardware and couldn't find it.

 

It would be easy for us to check if you can share a screenshot of the configuration window.

 

In the Configure menu is it supposed to be under General, Options or Hardware ?

 

Under Hardware > CPU and Memory. You have to scroll to the top to get that option.
