Yesterday I loaded Parallels 13, Windows 10 and Quickbooks 2018 Desktop Premier. I was able to start QB once and do a little work (it was very slow) and then everything froze. I'm unable to quit QB as none of the buttons work (I have waited over 2 hours and still nothing). I have to go back to MAC OS and kill the Parallels session, tried to kill QB but no response. Now when I start Parallels, QB is still loaded and is still frozen?
Hi DanK5. Please disable/uninstall the antivirus application on your Mac (if any). Select Actions (from the Mac menu bar) -> Take Snapshot. Once again select Actions -> Stop which will terminate the virtual machine. Now start the virtual machine and it should work fine.
