My parallel suddenly decided not to work yesterday.
This error message keeps popping out and parallel keeps rebooting but failed.

I suddenly experienced the same problem today. I just closed the lid at the end of a session and returned to my MBP to find out the problem...luckily all the docs are on Dropbox, but the waste of valuable time and effort is enormous. The fact that such a mess may even happen is beyond words! PD is getting worse at each upgrade :-(

    PLZ advise in a hurry.

Hello JessicaL2, Please follow this article to locate the virtual machine file on the Mac (it is a file with the extension '.pvm'). Once you see it, take note of its size and reply with the same.

I am having issues with this too. I'm running MacOS 10.14. I'm running Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac. I located Windows 1-.pvm and it is 80GB. What should I go to restore Windows?

Hi @GraceC1, Parallels Desktop 11 is not compatible with macOS Mojave. We would request you to try Parallels Desktop 14 trial to check if that works.
