Today I paid 95.83 by my credit card without my knowledge. You never noticed about it before re- pay. If i knew about it, This would not have happened. So, I really want to cancel my credit card payment. help me. plaese.
You should have received a confirmation email after the renewal is completed. You will only get an alert to renew if you have disabled auto renewal. Auto-renew is there to prevent license deactivation due to subscription expiry. Please confirm if you like us to initiate refund as the subscription will be deactivated immediately.
