All computers offline on all devices :-(

    Hi,
    I have 2 Macs in 2 separate geographical locations which have recently started appearing as offline on multiple devices: iPad, PC: Edge/Chrome/IE11.
    The PCs are online. Anyone have a fix for this please?

    Hi @JMeldrum , please try to uninstall and reinstall Parallels Access application on both the macs and check if that helps.
