    I have a Imac 27 with Retina display - Parallel 12 with Sierra and a Mac OS Sierras as a guest. When using Mozilla Firefox if you change the screen resolution on Parallel Menu Options from either "Scaled" or "More space" to "Best for Retina display", Mozilla will be totally useless. Enclosing the images of Firefox Mozilla with the scaled resolution and then the one with the Best resolution that is the one with issue.

  2. Hi, do you have the same behavior with other browsers? or only with the Mozilla?

  3. And just for test, please try to uninstall Parallels Tools at all (do not forget to create a snapshot before) and check the Mozilla's behavior.
    Plz provide us with the results.

    No. It is only related to Mozilla. Safari works fine.

  5. And does the Parallels Tools uninstallation help to resolve the Mozilla issue?

    I try to uninstall the tools but it won't allow to do it. I start the VM, go to the Parallel logo on the Mac, Actions, it will show re-install Parallel Tools, and it will reinstall the tools. There is nothing to doubt click to uninstall them.

    Hello!
    I have the same problem. Parallels 13, Sierra host, Sierra guest.
    Firefox is being displayed scaled while using "Best for Retina" resolution.
    Parallel Tools are installed and work correct on the machine.

    I posted this bug to the Parallels support and got a reply from them:
    • The bug was transferred to developers;
    • To workaround it, go to Firefox -> Settings and check Open in low resolution.
    Hope they fix it in a normal way ASAP.

    Just found a solution myself...Go to finder then choose mozilla app Icon and click "Get Info" then click on "Open in Low Resolution" save it.
    It will be work with low resolution and all other apps etc will be in retina.
    Developers won't fix it...I just speaking with myself here.
