hi there I have reported a trouble many times before that my parallel toolbox V2.0.3 is already upgrading automatically and request me to update a new license. Note that my parallel desktop is V12.Please provide solutions!

Related to this, how does one downgrade Toolbox to a version compatible with Parallels Desktop 12? I suddenly have a need for Toolbox and discovered it had upgraded past my license, and "use free for 7 days" isn't going to hack it for me. But I can't find an earlier version to download and install. I thought I was downloading a legacy version, but no, it was the new version, even though it was the link next to my registered v 12 license info on the account web page.
Hi @GaryM9 , please click here to download the version of Parallels Toolbox compatible with version 12. Once it is downloaded, please activate immediately and check if that works.
