trial version of parrallells 10 not working

Hi I would like to try parrallels version 10 but tthrows up a error message when i try to press the trial version, can you reolve this for me

 

Hello lloyd, Trial copies are always available only for the latest version. Please obtain a Parallels Desktop 10 copy from an authorized reseller (e.g., BestBuy, Amazon etc.,). You can install Parallels Desktop 14 trial which is the latest version ( refer to https://kb.parallels.com/en/124227 for assistance ).
