Record Screen does not work

    All three record screen options gave me "Error occurred" message when I click on the icon to record. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, to no avail. Please advise.

    Parallels Toolbox: v2.6.1
    MacOS Mojave

    Hello,

    Please check if recording tools have access to 'microphone' if you're recording screen with sound (you can do it from System Preferences --> Security & Privacy --> Privacy).
    Also try to change preferences of recording tools to not to record sound.
