Problems with freezes and shutdown

    I have Parallels 14.01.1, and I am running high sierra 10.13.6 so everything is up to date. Since updating my windows 10 software a few days ago, I am having shocking problems with freezes of Word 2016 documents, and also Windows 10 is not shutting down - I just get an endless blue screen and 'shutting down' either freezes or the dotted wheel just goes round and round and I have to perform a hard shutdown.

    Any help wopuld be appreciated!

    Increase the virtual machine's RAM, change the virtual machine resolution to "Scaled" and check the issue.
