contacting support

    i am using a old mac using 10.5 have been able to down load a old parallels 8 that i bought back in 2014 but since then it has as expected need a few hard drive renewals or replacement machines .I have the license no but it seems it is still registered to scraped machine so not having Facebook or twitter trying to contact support is difficult as i use email as these are now greyed out .so how do I reset the codes to match the two machines I now want to have on parallels 8

    Hi @peter_read , we have reset the license key. Please try to activate now and please be informed that Parallels Desktop 8 for mac is end of life product.

    Thanks as a pensioner with two young brats to look after its all they need to keep them using window
