Hi, I'm having issues connecting to Parallels Access systems. I found that the certificate used on the media/script host https://media.myparallels.com host expired on 29th december. I have tried informing support by chat and by phone, but I believe they still don't quite get the issue. I hope some Parallels technical support user is also reading this and puts some wheels in motion to solve this.
Hi JohnGH. The isue has been fixed. Now you can access your remote computer using Parallels Access web console without any issues.
