Cannot Maximize Win 10 Remote Desktop Screen in Parallels

I am currently running Parallels Mac with a Win 10 VM. When I attempt to maximize the Remote Desktop screen using the keyboard combination CTRL + ALT + BREAK, the screen does not maximize. I have also tried using Parallel's keyboard modifiers and menu-based keyboard shortcuts to maximize the Remote Desktop Screen to no avail. Any help appreciated.
