    Hi!
I am new to the forum, and it has been manye years since I used this software. Using Mac. Bought by mistake the student version today, found out and would like to upgrade to home edition. Spent many ours to find how to do that, but found no solution. I just want to pay the difference betwen student and home edition and activate and start using desktop. I ave tried Chat, call. trying the trial version but got stuch. I am a bit short of funds at the moment so can't buy a full version now. Feel like an idiot.
Anybody able to help me out?

    Hello GeorgR1.
The student edition is the Home edition. It's a 1-year license. Please activate the trial using your student license.

    Hi!
As you will see from the attached file, it does not work. Problem is that I still need a key from an instllation of a previous installation. But I never have a previous installation to get a key from. I really tried hard to get understood - and all the time i can't use the software.

I hvave installed the student version by mistake. I downloaded the installation file from the download trial pahge, but it is the same as file I already have installed.

So I am totally stuck. Everything was fine until activation when it was asked the 2. key completeing the installaton. I have wasted mor than a day so I am asking again, how will I be able to use the desktop?

    Hi!
I might found out the confusion.
I remember i did buy an upgrade, not a student version :-(
Guess that they ask for the key from a previoius installation, and that sunds correct. So IO have to rephrase mysel, how can I upgrade from this upgrade version to the full license? Sorry for the confusion. Guess it is a simple answer to that question? :)
    Best regards
    Georg

    Hi!
Think I found the reason for confusion. Now I remember buying an upgrade version, not a student version. So when system asking for key no 2, that sounds plausable. Sorry for that. So I rephrase my question: How can I upgrade an upgrade version to full version?

    Best regards
    Georg

We can refund your recent purchase should you permit, after which you may purchase and use a full license.
