I am attempting to spin up a RAS VDI Template of a Windows 10 Enterprise for Virtual Desktops edition VM. The Agent installs successfully, but RAS will not let me turn it into a template as it detects the Guest OS as Server 2016. Other non-enterprise versions of Windows 10 are correctly detected as Windows 10. As far as I know Windows 10 Enterprise is not Server 2016.
Hi DavidG39, May I ask you to create a problem report for us? To create a problem report go to console, click Help on the main menu and choose Upload System Report to Parallels. Once done send me the ID. Also please show systeminfo from the Win 10 VM.
The report number is 299996665. System Info has been dumped to pastebin - https://pastebin.com/iGUKSJR6
Well, I see what's the problem. Windows 10 Enterprise for Virtual Desktops edition is not yet supported by RAS AND, as far as I know, it could be possible to use this edition only as a part of WVD solution on Azure.
