Does anyone know how to grab the pmm_tswizard.log (or its contents in text form) from a mac that is failing the image deploy task? I've tried copying it in terminal, but get message "source is busy" or something to that effect. I can look at the file and copy the contents but don't know how to create a txt file on an external drive withing terminal. Support requires the text file.
