    Hi,
Asking as a potential customer here. Having searched it looks like this issue has been around for quite some time with no apparent timeline for a fix.

Would someone at Parallels kindly give me an idea if this will ever be fixed?

Chrome and Electron based tools are a core part of my use case (development) so this could well be a 'camel breaking back straw' for me.

Edit: yes I am aware of the --disable-gpu workaround but that doesn't really help in certain development scenarios.

    Kind regards

Ok, bit of feedback here. Given there's been zero customer support in two weeks, that's made my mind up on whether I should buy parallels.

Sadly, you won't find that macOS virtualization works much better with other solutions. There just isn't as much demand for virtualizing macOS as there is for Windows and Linux, so that's where the development time goes.

I'm another end user. I don't work for Parallels. But I have spent quite a bit of time with VMWare Fusion as well.
