Black Screen shows when I open Windows with Parallels

Hi there,
Lately when I open Parallels to use Windows on my Mac the screen is there with the task bar etc but it is completely black. I am resuming a suspended window from Microsoft Windows so does that mean that Parallels is working but not Microsoft?? Do you know how I fix this???

Hi, are you using Parallels Desktop? (this is the Parallels Access thread)
Which version are you using? When the black screen issue appeared? (after upgrade for example)
Could you make a screenshot of your Black screen vm and share it with us, please?
