Moved to new Mac. Could not signout of old device. Cannot activate new device because "unable to confirm the product license."
Hi, your Parallels Desktop 11 key has been reset. If you're using other version, please let us know which one, or use this KB article to transfer the key.

Dear Ajith, After your message, I tried again to activate parallel on my new macbook with the key I got as I first registered (with tmy previous mac). It still does not work. I received the following message: "This license key is already registered in a different account." How to proceed?
