    Hello,

I've updated to version 15 and soon afterwards I got the following error (screenshot attached) when I try to use my Mac in battery mode. I thought it might be related to the energy saver and I deactivated it without any joy. I have totally disabled Tools and I still get the same error. The problem is that I cannot use Parallels in battery and I can only continue using it by plugging the power back in then the error message goes away. Any help would be great appreciated.

    Many thanks,
    Paolo

    Hi,

I tried initially changing it in the energy saver setting but there was no change. I then uninstalled the toolbox on box the VM and the Mac side. Rebooted and everything was the same.

Currently, the moment I unplug the power cable I get the error message and can't even do anything until I apply power because when click the OK button it reappears a second later.

@Paolo7 could you generate the tech report right after the issue reoccurs and reply us back with the report's ID please?

Thanks a lot for the provided into, Paolo.
Are you able to work with your Mac when you unplugg the power cable?

Maria, also just to be clear, the Mac is working fine whether I use power plug or not. When I use Parallels Desktop however, if I disconnect the power cable my Mac works fine but I get the error message in the VM and it will only go away if I plug the power cable back. I am therefore prevented from doing any work in the VM unless the power cable is plugged in.

I am having the exact same issue. I had it last week and customer support had me re-key in my activation code. That is not working now. Do we have a fix yet?

Guys, please try the following steps:
    1. Unlock virtual machine settings and continue using Travel mode.
    or
    2. Disable Travel mode while leaving VM settings locked.
Let us know how does it work for you.

    @maria
So when I did point 1 I still go the error so Disabled the travel settings and now all is fine.
I have reactivated the energy setting in the Toolbox and all is still ok. There is definitely a problem with the Travel mode setting.

I disabled the travel mode as well. Not sure how to "reactivate the energy settings" but this is something Parallels needs to address ASAP
