For months, trying to shut down Windows, just keeps producing the same "restarted" dialog which goes on for 2 or 3 cycles. I have been given some tech bulletins to try and resolve. These all seem to be a decade old by the screen shots, and this has never worked for me. Now that Parallels has their hands out for more money, I want to make sure this "feature" has been removed.
