I have been charged subscription fees but cannot upgrade beyond v13 as it automatically brings me to a pay page to pay again. What is the purpose of being charged annually is I cannot upgrade beyond v13 and the release is v15 now?
Interesting. I got a Messenger response that I can get a 10% discount to upgrade v13 to v15 even though I already paid a subscription fee for the past 2 years.
