Outlook attachments from Windows are not opened on MAC side

    Hello,
    We experience strange behaviour in the collaboration between Outlook (Microsoft Outlook 365 ProPlus Version 1908) and Mac via Paralles. Any mail attachments for which a Mac programme is set to open them, are not handed over to the Mac OS side. The programs start up, but the file doesn't open. Any ideas what to do?

    Please isolate virtual machine and Mac(https://kb.parallels.com/112942) and reinstall Parallels Tools by following the article https://kb.parallels.com/4841 then disable isolation and check if it helps.

    Have you tried reinstalling Parallels Tools?
