Running 3.6.0 v2591 which I believe is latest. When I try to capture area the windows disappear with overlay and all that can be captured is the desktop picture. Same issue occurs if I try to do full screen capture so cannot post a picture! Worked fine on Mohave. Help needed.
Never mind. I found the issue. For others ..... there is a box requiring System Preferences to be changed to permit screen recording which is often behind all your windows. Fix this and it all works.
Hello, You're right. To fix your issue you have to open System Preferences Application --> Security & Privacy --> Privacy tab. Choose "Screen Recording" in the list on the left. It is a list of application that can capture the screen. Check that either "Parallels Toolbox" or "Capture Area" application is in the list and that appropriate checkbox are turned ON. Restart Parallels Toolbox after enabling checkbox.
