I'm finding the internet on my Windows 10 virtual machine through Parallels to be slow. I Googled it and found the a thread < https://forum.parallels.com/threads...ter-on-mac-os-so-slow-using-parallels.344397/ > and KB discussing the solution < https://kb.parallels.com/en/124514 >.
To rectify it requires shutting down the Windows 10 Virtual Machine, going into the Windows 10 Virtual Machine Configuration, Options Tab and then Optimization. The problem I have is that I do not have the 'Optimization' section.
I've checked on both my machines - one running Parallels Desktop for Mac 14 and on running the new version 15 - same deal, no 'Optimization' section, just 'Startup and Shutdown' followed by 'Sharing' when the thread and KB linked above show there should be 'Optimization' section in between.

My other work station running macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 and Parallels v13 is also missing the Optimization tab.

  3. Could you please share the screenshot of the issue with Parallels Desktop 15 with us?

That's the Configuration menu in Version 15. Version 14 and 13's look pretty much identical...

Any ideas on this from the Parallels Support team?

Your screenshot shows the Hardware tab, not the Options tab.

But maybe you are using the Standard edition of Parallels which does not include this option, according to the KB. If that's the case, what's your networking setup look like (shared, bridged, wifi or ethernet, etc.)?
