Parallels 15 and Catalina Cannot Turn on Access

The screen share permission does not show parallels has asked for permission.

The attached diagram shows that paralells has not requested access to the screen share. Apparently this is required. MacOS Catalina - Paralells 15.

 

Did you test it with 15 version?
If you unlock this window, are you able to add Parallels Desktop by clicking + ?

I am using V15.
I did unlock the settings page.
I did not see the + as a button to push.

I will check again and confirm here.

 

I can verify there is no + to add paralells. As the image showed the screen sharing setting is blank.
