I have Parallels 15.1.1 and when I right click on my MacOS Catalina VM and select "open with Parallels Mounter 15.1.1" it just mounts a C: drive with one folder called EFI and a subfolder of Apple. Why is it not mounting the root hard drive ? The host OS is Mojave.

Also as an FYI - Windows VM's on the same machine mount fine....

Has anyone been successful in using parallels mounter on Catalina guest VM? Apparently Catalina separates data into a different volume and that might be why it isn't mounting?

It's not just Catalina. I have a Sierra (10.12.2) guest VM in a Mojave (10.14.6) host, and the parallels mounter exposes a "C" drive, which is the EFI partition. Not especially helpful in this case.
