Download Video Tool Only Downloads 5 Seconds of A Video

Hello,
There is this 1 video i want to download from Youtube but the Download Video Tool only downloads 5 seconds of it. It's of a band that is no longer together, i had been searching for this vid for quite some time. i want to download just in case it ever gets deleted off of YT. It would mean the world to me if you guys could fix and help me download this video!

The download tool seems to be working on other videos, it's just once in awhile it won't work for certain videos.

 

Hello,

try to set up Maximum value for the Quality option in the preferences of Download Video tool. For me in this case the length of downloaded video is about 4 minutes.
