Telegraf Service Install

Is there an option to install just the Telegraf service on a server?

I like all the data that is captured as part of the Performance monitor, and especially since it is in one location, but it only captures data from servers that have a Parallels component installed on it. I wouldn't mind if we could also capture some of those performance metrics from other servers in our environment that don't necessarily have a Parallels component on them, but are part of the overall deployment (eg. SQL Server).
I'm aware you can capture the data individually on each server via Windows, it was more having all the data in one place and in one location to look at, without having to go buy a different third party tool to do it.
