Hi, I suppose that there're something wrong with my Bluetooth connection on my lap. I've tried to link the connection among my devices to transfer some files and it didn't work specially between my phone Galaxy A5 (2017) and my lap - a 2013 old version of ASUS. Actually, I could see any sign of connection on my lap screen. Is there anyone know how to step this problem ??? Many thanks!
You can try activating Airplane mode for a minute on both devices, then deactivate it and try connecting to Bluetooth again, it will be fine
