Can't Purchase Subscription because old email is deleted

    Can't Purchase ongoing Subscription because old email deleted
    can't change email because old email deleted
    can't get support because old email deleted
    can't talk to a human on the phone because . . . that's just the way it is.

    I hate this

    Parallels expired today.

    Yeah, my fault - but, I'm stressed out about it. Maybe I should just make a new account? I'm afraid to go that route out of fear that I'd have to reinstall everything while on an airplane.
