Over the past two days, a new problem has crept into my Parallels application. (I am using Coherence, btw). Normally, the active window on the Mac screen will be "in front" of the inactive windows. If you click on one of the inactive windows, that window should come to the front. This isn't working with the Parallels window. Even though it becomes active, it remains covered by the portion of the inactive window that is still "in front" of it. What's causing this problem?
Hello, could you please tell what options in the coherence menu (in the configuration editor of a VM) are enabled? Best regards, Alicia.
Under "appearance," nothing is checked. Under "working area," Exclude Dock is checked. Under "windows taskbar," Relocate automatically is checked. But having stopped the VM and checked the information, the window behavior is working properly again. Go figure... But there's still something odd going on.
The Coherence feature comes with Parallels Tools. Try to reinstall them - will it solve the problem? Best regards, Alicia.
