(I do not have any previous Windows saving points. The way using memory capture won't help.)
Yesterday (17.02.2020) I started msconfig.exe and set the boot to "Safe mode".
Now the boot sector is corrupt. Any attempt to boot causes a BSoD. Automatic repair does not help. Boot check does not help.
    What do I do now?
Here are the BSoDs I get:

Did you get the same after restart?
What Parallels desktop version are you using? And what is your macOS?

The Par. Version is assigned in the title (13), macOS 10.14.6.
No matter how do I attempt to boot, I can't start logonui.exe.

Also, the codes in the top left corner may be helpful. Except for full 0, they are blank.

    Nope.
It simply tries to boot as usual, but before I can login, crashes.

As a workaround could you please create an empty VM and add hard drive from the "old" one to new created VM

    So, kind of, reinstall Parallels?
