I would like to cancel the pro edition version and the auto renewal. I just want the regular one I can upgrade when I feel I need to. When I log on to my account I don't see the active subscription option.
Hi Bibi Fricotin. Your license keys are registered with your Hotmail email address. Also, the auto-renewal is already turned off for your subscription license. Once it expires, you can purchase a new permanent license key and reactivate the product.
