When I start Windows in Parallels update of toolbox starts despite that I have turned that off so I have to stop it every time Anyway to avoid te automatic update.
Hello, may be you're mixing up updating of Parallels Tools (it is part of Parallels Desktop product) with updating of Parallels Toolbox? Could you please attach screenshot?
