One of my users is using the Mac client to use to our Remote Application Server system. The RAS server is running Windows Server 2016 and one of the apps she is using pops up application windows off-screen. I believe this is because it stores the windows position in the app and she uses that app on a dual monitor setup on her office PC.
In the Windows client you can use Windows keyboard shortcuts to move the window back on screen, but those aren't available on the Mac.
Please can anyone suggest how to move the window so its visible?

Would be really grateful if somebody from Parallels support can provide me with some assistance with this? My user is having difficulty using their application in the Mac client because of this problem.

As far as shortcuts go, did you try to use the "alt + spacebar" shortcut to show the window's context menu?
From there, one should be able to move, resize or maximze the window.
For this to work, the window has to be in focus (such as by selecting it from "Windows" menu from menubar).
