Install tools on fedora 31 breaks on kernel version

Hello,
When I try to install the tools on fedora 31, the package kernel-devel-5.5.10-200.fc31 is requested but not available, the current release is kernel-devel-5.5.13-200.fc31! How to solve this problem?

I solved the problem: the running kernel was not in the same version than the last update. But now the error is : prl_fs.ko undefined
And as it give the full path I checked and the directory /usr/lib/parallels-tools does not exists.
