MS Word application doesn't open files on Parallels 2015

Hi,
some things have messed up the MS Word 2016 application in Windows 10 on Parallels 2015 (Catalina). The docx file won't open, there are many acoustic signals, but the window doesn't show anything.
I can't do anything with the Word document, not even resize the window, there's only an acoustic jingle behind. There is some ribbon, but there's no content of the message. That second ribbon is endlessly long.
What can i do to get this functionality back?

there's even a jingle when i try to create a new document, but i can't see any message.

 

the reinstallation of Parallels Tools repaired the application the issue can be closed now.
