Reactive my license

    Hi,

    I have parallels desktop 13 license key,I install in company computer , now I want move back my personal computer,company computer sign out already, but I sign in my pension computer,I can see my license key,but I can't activate product,Who can help me to reset my license key?

    Hi, it still can't activate product, it show license server doesn't accept old parallels desktop license key.
    please help me to fix it.

    Hi, you give me link it's about sdk, I don't know how to use it,
    but I try follow up you'r suggestions , redownload parallels desktop 13 , and reinstall it.
    the result is same, still can't activate it.
    please tell me how to do to fix it.

    I try to downgrade to install parallels desktop 12, it can activate,
    but when I try to upgrade to parallels desktop 13,
    it show same error as previous description,
    so I don't know how to do in next.
     
  6. We've tried one more settings, please restart your mac and check the issue.

    I restart my mac , and try upgrade to parallels desktop 13,
    but it doesn't work, still get same error message as previous description.

  8. Is everything ok with your network connection?
     
  9. Could you please logout from your Parallels account and then restart Mac and login again?

    My network connection is fine, I can logout and login my account into parallels license ui,
    I follow up your suggestion, log out from parallels account and restart mac ,
    then login in again, but still get same error message.

    We suggest you quit Parallels Desktop and open Terminal to execute the command below
    sudo rm -rf /Library/Preferences/Parallels/licenses.xml
    Restart the Mac and now try to activate Parallels Desktop again.

    I logout from parallels, and remove /Library/Preferences/Parallels/licenses.xml file,
    and reboot my mac, and try activate Parallels desktop again.
    but I still get same error message.
